Rowan Kid Classic combines wonderfully fluffy Kid mohair (the second best class of mohair wool, only Superkid is above it) and fine lambswool with a small amount of synthetic fiber for even more lightness. The result is a thick wool in a league of its own: light and fluffy but still totally dimensionally stable! Kid Classic is not as cuddly as merino wool. But did you know that the feeling of scratching depends to a large extent on the outside temperature? The colder it is outside, the better a wool warms us, whose fiber is not as smooth as merino: more air can be trapped between the fibers for warmth. Because of its grip and stability, it has a very clear stitch pattern and is excellent for multicolor knitting.
