Kidsilk by Cowgirlblues is of first class quality! Soft as butter, light as a feather, simply breathtaking! The mohair comes from South Africa and is dyed there by hand with a lot of love and expertise. The solid colors slightly shimmer and the selection of colors is very unusual. The solids can be perfectly combined with the gradient versions or even with the other two yarns of Cowgirlblues, the Sock Yarn or the Mohair Wool Lace.
The strands/balls shown are sample images. The colors can deviate and differ greatly even in balls/skeins with the same batch number. We recommend working alternately in rows/rounds with the old and new balls just before changing to a new ball.
Super fine and delicately colored yarn.. I love it. Have bought this kidsilk yarn to combine with merino single lace for my summer project which will be a wrap or scarf. I think it looks stunning. Feels soft too. Cowgirlblues yarn is always so pretty..the price is rather high but really this is worth the money as the yarn is of high quality and adds that sparkle to my knitwear. Glad there is a European distributor too.
Aus meiner Sicht eine der schönsten Qualität Kidsilk Mohair die es aktuell auf dem Markt gibt. Preislich hoch, aber es lohnt sich - das Strickergebnis ist einfach traumhaft schön!
Nachdem ich die Kidsilk schon einmal verstrickt hatte, musste für den Girlfrendcardigan unbedingt die Merino Single lace mit der Kid silk verstrickt werden .Und was soll ich sagen?Diese Kombi ergänzt sich perfekt. Das schönste und Kuschligste das vorstellbar ist.
