Merino Twist Yarn solids hand dyed

Admittedly, this beautifully pearled sock yarn from Cowgirlblues is of course much too precious for socks and not as durable as a real sock yarn with a polyacrylic additive. But the Superwash finish gives the yarn a slight shimmer and makes it suitable for lightweight children's garments, scarves and shawls. I fell in love with the color Rainforest. This deep green so gorgeously shimmers, like all solids of Cowgirl Blues! Wonderful to combine with the matching gradient or Kidsilk. To avoid confusion with "real" sock yarn in the future, the yarn will be sold and labelled under the name "Merino Twist".

The strands/balls shown are sample images. The colors can deviate and differ greatly even in balls/skeins with the same batch number. We recommend working alternately in rows/rounds with the old and new balls just before changing to a new ball.
