3-Trads Tykk Ull is Norwegian for 3ply thick wool and the name says it all. This rustic yarn from Sandnes Garn is perfect for knitting a jacket or a blanket. Because of the rustic twist, there is hardly any pilling and the finished knits keep their shape very well. The grip and stability make a great stitch definition and the yarn excellent suited for multicolor knitting and also very well suited for knitting textured patterns. There are no Sandnes Garn patterns for this Norwegian yarn, but it can be used for Sandnes Kos, Sandnes Borsted Alpaca or Sandnes Fritits Yarn patterns. Numerous Sandnes Garn patterns can be found in the wonderful Sandnes Garn booklets.
